FEELING LIGHT,
FEELING GOOD

The Gin Ice bar is essentially a lighter bar that fits the Shaman’s mountain spirit. Every single part and component of the bar has been redesigned and simplified to be lighter, while maintaining its quality and reliability.

LIGHTNESS | RELIABILITY | SHARPNESS

for the mountain surfers

The Gin Ice bar is a snow kite bar that now only weighs a little over 900g, while fully maintaining its advantages in terms of safety. No floats, a removable brake strap, and a lighter chicken-loop.

The depower is doubled and spliced without plastic sheathing to allow easy sliding and visual monitoring of aging. The 5 fine lines reduce drag to a minimum, while offering a breaking strength of 350kg.

A fifth line is attached to the middle of the Shaman, our go-to snow kite. It provides great depower when activating the safety system, and helps you land your kite safely in any wind condition. It is an innovative safety system that folds the kite into an accordion shape in case of release. Its ergonomic handle makes it easy to quickly activate the emergency function. To kite again, simply pull the 5th line towards you and click in the quick release.

Adding the Gin Ice bar to my setup makes it the perfect combo for my Shaman - light and ready to use on all of my snow kite sessions.
