Marie, was born right between the Chasseral and Lake Bienne, so she basically grew up surrounded by mountains and water. Her first passion was alpine skiing, in which she competed at a national level in Switzerland at the National Center of Performance for 3 years. She is now a swiss snow sport teacher.
Her passion for riding in general brought her to kitesurfing, that she started in the Moroccan village of Dakhla. With kiteboarding, she discovered the feeling of liberty, well-being and adrenaline from speed and jumps. Now, with the foil trend growing, she would like to get into it so she can kite more often on the lakes.
For her, the Shaman is the best snowkite that she ever tried. It is very powerful and handy. With the Spirit, she is available to kite under low and huge wind, which makes it her go-to gear for kitesurfing.
One thing you may not know about her, is her phobia of mold.
