Tim Bollinger, test pilot for Gin Gliders, started paragliding at a really young age thanks to his dad (Hans Bollinger) in the northern part of Switzerland. He got fascinated by the 3 dimensions, making him spend all of his time practicing this sport. At the same time, he started kiteboarding, as he is truly passionate about playing with the elements.
As you can understand, Tim likes to spend most of his time in the outdoors. He’s always looking for a good place to fly or kite, if the wind is too strong for flying! He also spends some time mountain biking and snowkiting in his hometown, where he can do everything. Now, he also practices kitefoil, which allows him to feel the same 3 dimensions he has on a paraglide.
Tim has always been pushing the limits, which is why he aims to win big events in the Paragliding World but also in the Kiteboarding World with the Boom V2.
