GEEK 4Freeride - Freestyle

ELEGANCE DOWN TO THE

TIP OF YOUR TOES

The new Geek 4 was designed to be as functional and efficient as it is aesthetically pleasing. Its outstanding look might even make you want to hang it in your living room! The secret behind this work of art is that it is a product made in Switzerland, meticulously crafted in the Swiss Alps.

The Geek’s construction features a fine-grained, warp-resistant paulownia and bamboo core that offers a smooth and tolerant ride. The board’s flex will give you precise control and will be extremely comfortable in the chop or when landing jumps.

The soft pads used on the Geek 4 make it feel like you’re wearing slippers!

The elegance of functionality

ORGANICORGANIC

It is a first! A ski manufacturer designed and produced the new Geek in the heart of the Swiss Alps, using an upgraded paulownia wood on the core with two bamboo stringers. In terms of strength/weight ratio, this wooden core is one of the best available on the market. It features bio-based Sicomin’s GreenPoxy 33, reducing our environmental impact without compromising the performance or resistance of the board. 35% of this resin is made from molecular plant structure. This laminate offers excellent mechanical properties as well as very good resilience and durable adhesion to all surfaces.

MORE SUSTAINBALE

The new Geek is made at heart of Europe, with over 90% of its materials sourced in Europe, reducing the impact of raw materials transportation. It is produced in small batches, allowing Gin Kiteboarding to supply the real demand without over-producing. The production site is 100% powered by renewable energy and notable electricity produced by the Swiss water dams.

MEDIUM ROCKERMEDIUM ROCKER

The Geek board features an ABS outline that enhances impact resistance and rigidity.  With a medium rocker structure, it offers great versatility and performance for most riders in a wide variety of riding conditions. While remaining smooth through the chop, the flex construction offers the best pop for the riders.

I used it for freeride and freestyle, and I found it very versatile, even in the waves. It remained stable even in chop. It goes upwind easily and is very comfortable. This board has a good pop for jumps and soft landings. If you lose it in the water, it's easy to spot because of its wooden color. The pads are really comfortable, which makes the ride really smooth.

Marie Knuchel - Gin rider

It is a very flexible board for riders, and it is also very easy to handle. The larger board was as easy to handle as the small one, and most importantly it is comfortable when you ride it. This is the perfect board for those looking for a pleasant freeride.

Gaël Landin - CEO

An all-round, comfortable and easy-to-handle freeride Twintip with good upwind performances.

From the first ride, the Geek 4 gives a very natural and clear glide feeling. It can be used as much for cruising as for engaged practice like jumping or carving.

Pads and straps make you feel like in fluffy slippers. Last but not least, the board with its straps looks like a piece of cabinetmaking, which is a pleasure for the eyes at each ride.
